Our client is a leading iGaming operator looking to expand their marketing team. They are looking for a Danish Marketing & CRM Executive to join them in their London office.
Job Purpose Summary:
To support all aspects of marketing activities across the Nordic countries, particularly Denmark and Sweden.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Play a key role in delivering revenue targets across key Nordic markets for a range of products including poker, casino and games
Assist the compliance team with the management of operating in any regulated jurisdictions
Assist the acquisition marketing team in the development of strategic marketing plans to drive growth throughout key Nordic markets
Take ownership of localised websites ensuring that content is accurate and up to date
Deal with escalated customer service queries from Danish customers
Work with the CRM team to develop and execute innovative and appealing promotions to engage with a Nordic audience, and to ensure that global promotions are effectively localised
Provide analysis, insight and reporting for the Nordic market as required
Work with the Campaign Manager to set up and maintain localised marketing communications across the region
Act as the main point of contact for Danish and Swedish speaking media, PR and other agencies
Work with the affiliate team to facilitate communications with Nordic affiliates
Translate/localise copy for the localised Nordic websites, adverts (print and online), press releases, emails and in game messaging
Work with the content team to develop bespoke, localised community content for localised websites serving Nordic markets
Act as an internal champion for our client's Nordic customer base
Candidate Requirements:
Fluency in Danish, (Swedish) and English
Good knowledge of poker and online poker market
Strong local knowledge of the Nordic poker market
Ability to write strong original copy
Basic data analysis skills
Basic knowledge of HTML
Organised, good attention to detail
Hands on and 'can-do' approach, willing to help where required
