TEAM LEADER OF ACCOUNTS PAYABLE TEAM


Purpose of the role:

* You will manage a team of Accounts Payable Agents. You will also keep close watch on quality of work, established rules, processes, KPI, SLA etc.


Main requirements:

* Previous experience on Team Leader position is a must
* Excellent command of both German and English language
* Financial background
* Preferable previous experience in a Shared Service Center
* Able to manage people and to keep close watch on quality of work, established rules, processes, KPI, SLA etc.
* Excellent communication skills.
