Description/Tasks – Permanent Position
Project
•Responsible for the delivery of all necessary documents in time and quality with regards to company planning
• Support engineering program manager in technical and manpower issues
• Responsible for providing the necessary skills to the relevant project
• Responsible for fulfilment of all activities according to Critical Path
Prepare the future
• Support organizational changes: responsible for the changes in the own department with the involvement of all relevant departments / support company changes
• Establish all necessary competences: specialist / check/approve
• Responsible for the improvement within the department: process / product
Production support
• Delivery relevant data on time and on quality
• Support all changes in production with respect to DOA and POA
Budget
• Responsible for yearly budget planning with the involvement of the supervisor and all necessary departments
• Responsible for showing all deviations and provide risk mitigations
• Support an efficient change management
Others
• Support the company success
• Support all financial issues regarding subcontracting
• Establish a good relation ship to all departments
• Support company changes
Qualification/Experience
• Wide technical knowledge of electrical System
• Knowledge of aircraft certification
• Experienced in VIP completions business
• Engineering Degree in electrical, aeronautical engineering or equivalent education
• 10 years working experience in Aviation business
• Experience in management tasks
• Knowledge of requirement based engineering
• Knowledge of existing tools e.g. CATIA/Auto CAD
• Experienced engineer with at least 3 years management experience
• MS Office knowledge
• Leadership: Motivation, Training, Communication, Meeting organization, bringing responsibilities to the teams, resource planning/allocation, interaction with supervisor
